Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and posts.
  • Engage with the audience in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in alignment with brand values.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure the tone of voice is consistent across platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and track user engagement metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing and moderating social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
